It is with great pleasure that we announce the formation of our Technology Transfer Division, focusing on providing the individual or corporate holder of Intellectual Property with solid and tangible methods of realizing actual commercialization of their protected technology and intellectual property.

This specialized Group comprehends the particular technology, and simultaneously assesses the various market needs and niches for the technology product. In turn, that assessment allows for the discovery of real and present opportunities which shall culminate in organic, sales-based growth.  This commercialization may be accomplished by technology licensing agreements, joint venture formation, or other equity preserving arrangements.  We are focused on generating sales to create real success for the intellectual property holder.

While this Technology Transfer Division focuses on patented inventions, we also analyze and assess various forms of intellectual property, from copyrights to trademarks. Our Group focuses on commercialization, through innovative methods and use of our knowledge capital, and this focus leads to wealth creation through actual sales of the intellectual property to targeted end-users.
