It is with great pleasure that we announce the formation of our Energy and Electricity Division, focusing on real and tangible methods of reducing electricity and natural gas costs for businesses through sharper procurement and cost effective methods of conservation guided by real time data.

SUPPLY ANALYSIS

It all starts with viewing and analyzing your bill -  an evaluation of your electricity and natural gas supply charges. We then search among multiple suppliers for the best price and terms. We quantify savings, then arrange for a new supplier for you.  It is this non-proprietary business platform which searches multiple suppliers that allows us to locate the best price and terms for all of your commercial electricity and natural gas generation needs.

OPERATIONS ANALYSIS

Our Energy and Electricity Division has the capacity to focus upon not just raw energy consumption and usage, but also savings through operations and conservation, as well.  We provide cost-advantaged, efficient Light Bulbs and Lighting Products, including compact fluorescent lamps and LED's for replacements and new installations, all specific to your needs and desired cost savings.  Additionally, we are able to provide cutting-edge Self-Illuminating Photoluminescent Materials, comprised of "glow in the dark" long persistent phosphor-based paint and tape, for safety and sight applications, indoor and outdoor.  Further, we provide non-invasive, Digital Thermography Camera, by which we show you the exact locations in the structures where hot or cold air escapes, capturing all such temperature variations in a comprehensive report.  Our Suite of Solutions give you the knowledge to make informed energy, electricity and conservation decisions that impact your direct expenses and net profit.

RENEWABLES

As an adjunct service, we also plan, site and install Renewable Energy Systems such as windmills and solar panel systems, with limited capital investment on the part your company. These systems are specifically designed to meet the dual perspectives of both your business and particular design needs.        

DEMAND RESPONSE

Electricity Consumption may also be addressed by our Demand Response Program, which actually allows for the energy user to receive payments for curtailing its electricity use during peak power usage periods.

LED's

Additionally, consumption savings can be greatly enhanced by the deployment of hardware technologies, including some Light Emitting Diodes, with real cost savings benefits quantifiable by either an attractive capital pay-back period, or several innovative lease financing options.
