INDEPENDENT REVENUE BENEFITS PROGRAM

In response to various market demands, JJ Shamon Group has developed a Revenue Benefits Program for Independent Agents to take part within the business of our various Business Divisions and Programs.  This revenue sharing program is truly unique in that it can be utilized on a full or part-time basis, in an independent manner.  It's cornerstone is that the Independent Agent utilizes, within our various Divisions, his or her "relational capital", which are his or her individual contacts and relationships.  The individual involved shall have a specific, customized revenue sharing arrangement with our firm.     

Further, the program also operates in the same manner as a strategic alliance between our firm and a corporation, for-profit, non-profit, or other entity relative to our various divisions, including the Equipment Leasing Division, ISO Division and Energy Division. The entity involved shall have a specific, customized revenue sharing arrangement with our firm. 

Our Independent Revenue Benefits Program is a truly revolutionary business concept in that it embraces decentralization, flexibility, market niches, and devolution to networked and distributed "human capital" as the modern and independent business model that works for any and all participants. It is the sharing of different forms of capital, which are then merged together to create an entirely new form and type of capital - brand new wealth.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PROGRAM  

In response to the current business environment, JJ Shamon Group has developed an Employee Benefits Program offering many discounts and services to the employees and agents of participating companies and entities. This program is unique in that it can be utilized by companies or entities having employees or agents, full or part-time.  

Legal Services

It is with great pleasure that we announce our new Employee Benefits Legal Services Program for all employees and individuals of any and all participating companies and corporations, with a value-packed estate planning package including Wills from $199.  Further legal services available upon request at similar discounts, including trusts, health care proxies and powers of attorney.      

Brokerage

It is with great pleasure that we announce the creation of our new Employee Benefits Contribution Brokerage Program which includes all individuals and employees of any and all participating companies and corporations.  JJ Shamon Group shall make a contribution to the employee in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each and every real estate transaction wherein JJ Shamon Group receives a brokerage commission.  The contribution shall go directly to the employee of the participating company.

Mortgages

It is with great pleasure that we announce the creation of our new Employee Benefits Contribution Mortgage Program which includes all individuals and employees of any and all participating companies and corporations.  NTrust Financial shall make a contribution to the employee in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each and every mortgage originated by NTrust Financial.  The contribution shall go directly to the employee of the participating company.

Please note that the employee's employer must be a participating company or entity for the employee or agent to receive the benefits of these programs.  Thank you !
