JJ Shamon Group represents you, the Buyer, as a Buyer’s broker, which means we have a fiduciary obligation to you, the Buyer, and must act on your behalf.  We shall arrange for you, the Buyer, to have automatic, daily email updates of listings of available properties matching your personal criteria as to location, price and amenities. An exciting new part of this enhanced service allows you, the Buyer, to be informed within hours of the posting of all new property listings that meet your criteria automatically - via email !

Our brokers search all properties that may be the right fit for you:  from a 1031 tax free exchange involving a commercial property, utilizing a refinancing with a long term lease, to a relocation client purchasing a new home, we perform valued-added, professional service.        

Once the Buyer has chosen a property that is of interest, we compare sold, comparable properties to the Buyer’s choice so as to arrive at a price which truly reflects the best and fairest value for your offer and potential purchase, and we do it on a no commission basis to you, the Buyer, since the Seller pays the commission – yes, to save you time and money !
